Rick has been a CT licensed real estate sales person since 2015. He currently is the managing partner of Sharr Realty, LLC in Colchester, CT. Sharr Realty owns and manages the CVS plaza and the Financial Building on 139 So Main St. Prior to becoming a real estate agent Rick was president of Tri Town Foods a family owned group of IGA supermarkets operating stores in Eastern Connecticut and headquartered in Colchester since 1969. The company was sold in 2015. Rick is currently a member of the Board of Selectman in Portland where he resides. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and has done graduate studies at the University of Hartford. Rick has strong commercial background, but can also help in your Home ownership needs. We look forward to adding Ricks commercial expertise to our firm as we grow in the Colchester area market.
